I needed to call a business associate, and they were using Sorenson products and thus other soft VPs dont work with them. The call was urgent, so I downloaded nTouch, entered my phone number -- oh gotcha, you have to create an nTouch account first. So I go to Sorensons website to create one. Oh, gotcha again! You have to wait for them to contact YOU. God knows how long that will take. I called support and waited for 5-10 minutes for a representative before giving up. This is not acceptable; creating an account should be fast and easy -- especially for a critical piece of accessibility technology. You get one star from me, Sorenson.
I am still waiting for the Video Center to be populated... still empty since I got this app... my VP200s video center is active and populated... Other than this, this app is great videophone app!
Great product… however, can something be done to remove the “ntouch-Log in” window that always seems to remain open, even if I am logged into the software and regulary using it? Even as I type this review, I see the UI (like pictured in your product information above), and I also see the 3 x 4 inch log in screen with my number and password (dotted out). Sometimes it will say “Logging in” with the wheel constantly spinning… It will stay like this all day if I let it, even though the application is working fine, makiing and receiving calls, etc. If I shut the application down and restart it, the log in window will go away. However, if my computer goes to sleep, and then I wake it up, or after the application starts itself when I’ve turned on my computer, then that log in window returns and then remains visible.
This is great. I love every feature BUT this is only a wifi product. There are times in the office when where WIFI bandwidth is straddled from all the connections and at home… well sometimes another story with blurriness…. Sometimes wish there was a direct eithernet allowance to connections. BUT yeah I know… It’s 2015 and technology says we should be WIRELESS… BUT nevertheless…. I love that NOW I do not have to rely on the hearing to assist me barter with software vendors and the likes. Can’t want to see what the NEXT will score with new features.
best VP app after Global went under
I absolutely love this app having the ability to store contact images with each contact record. The user interface is well designed and I'm thoroughly pleased with my VP😊
Very Good
I am always deaf to interpreter to hearing English and Spanish only American Sign Language both who the people are companies and personal that is very excellent. the people are communicating deaf Amercian Sign Language.
Unuseable App for the moment
I just chatted with Tech support. They are aware of the app's crashing on older Mac computers and are working on a fix. I suggested that the end user should be allowed to control whether the app automatically updates and/or boots up completely. If there are issues and the app continually crashes, you may be stuck in a loop that doesn't allow you to use your computer. I had to time exactly cancelling the app starting up to end the rebooting loop. I look forward to the 'fix'. In the interim, the app on the iPhone, iPad, Andriod devices and PC still seem to work...
App Issues
I like this app but the app cause a screen "bleed" that look like a "virus" on my iMac and Macbook. Please fix the app since I usee Sorenson to connect with friends, family and therapy. Thanks

Interpreter's service
All is great, some interpreter does not sign good I had to gtransfer to another interpreter which I dislike the most. I do not want to hurt the interpreter oerson. Also been waiting for interpreter to come on to answer. it not good for a hearing person to call us. needs improving!!!
cannot full screen with self-view PIP
It has been 5 months and still I am unable to configure this app to allow for full screen viewing with my self-view screen as a Picture-in-Picture. Their customer service is unable to help solve this issue. I was once able to use it as described.
Sorenson App
Very Horrible, Sorenson App keep disconnecting 4 or 5 times a week, i had to delete it and new app repeatedly and repeatedly, Soorenson App is a Garbage, too many problems and not smooth, it hurts my access communication....what happening to App ???
No way to reset password??
I can't reset my password because they gave me a number to call, a VP number or VRS number, I can't hear and I can't login to make the call? This makes ZERO sense...
Dark Mode
I was wait for you too long time. Please work on Dark Mode on nTouch I am on nTouch VP because Mojave and Catalina already have System Preferences > General then click Dark Mode. I hate too bright light mode hurt my eyes. I have low vision.
Horrible
This is horrible. First of all hearing people can't use this?! I can't contact my parents? Yet I have to do everything for them because it is so difficult to get interperters. This just adds to it, making it more difficult for me to help them. THANKS! This is ridicilous, why does it matter if codas or hearing people use this to contact the deaf?!
Click 2 Call broken
Sorenson no longer support Safari with Internet Dial plug-in and Customer Service tell me to switch to Chrome instead Safari which is take my choice away. I always loyal to Safari and I never like Chrome.
non-Deaf are forbidden!
Somewhere on this app’s page, they should state clearly that this is for DEAF only. Hearing family members aren’t even allowed to use it. I get that — I’m ok with that, but please tell us that right up front! Thanks.
The Best Provider
Sorenson is the best VRS provider! ZVRS was bad. I tired ZVRS two times and had bad experience. Tired Purple VRS it was okay but Purple app is not good like Sorenson’s app. Sorenson make the best mobile app! Highly recommended.
Main Window not resizable
UPDATE for 8.3.5 The main window is not resizable or not able to enter full window mode so it can be like nVP. Wish it does have Spatial Awareness feature. This review was for 3.0.417 Video Center I am still waiting for the Video Center to be populated... still empty since I got this app... my VP200's video center is active and populated... Good product BUT….
